Launched as one of the first online coaching platforms in France (& the first dedicated to execs), it enabled enterprises like Deloitte, Veolia, LVMH, and L’Oréal to scale their executive coaching programs.

This is still the V3 I worked on in 2022 – product mainly went through iterations since (evolution in the dashboard design for instance).

- Transforming a high-touch, in-person service into a scalable digital experience.

Scaling Click & Coach from POC to Enterprise SaaS
Led the development and launch of three major versions, evolving from an MVP to a fully-featured enterprise coaching solution generating €1M+ annual revenue (2022).

Enhancing Coaching Completion & Engagement
- Time Account Tracking as the Homepage Core (V3): Ensured coachees completed their coaching in due time, leading to measurable improvements in completion rates.
- Automated Reminders & Engagement Features: Email and in-app notifications were planned to further support engagement.
- HR Sponsor Dashboards: Provided visibility into session completion rates, time-to-completion, and coachee feedback on coach quality, coaching impact, and platform experience. These dashboards played a key role in securing renewals and contract expansions.
Technical & Architectural Evolution
Backend & Infrastructure Overhaul
- V1 (POC): Built on Cocorico CMS which caused inefficiencies in calendar scheduling and lacked security features.
- V2 (2019): Full migration to a completley new app built on PHP Symfony & Angular, introduction of AWS Cognito SSO for secure authentication.
- V3 (2021): Implemented vector database technology to optimize global scheduling, fully embedded Microsoft Teams for video coaching, and introduced a coach-coachee exchange page to improve collaboration.
UX & Product Evolution
Mobile-First Transformation
- V2 introduced a mobile-first approach but lacked full optimization.
- V3 fully optimized the mobile experience, ensuring seamless booking, tracking, and engagement.

- Developed in response to strong user demand, providing structured interaction beyond messaging, including session notes, document sharing and session tracking.

Enterprise Security & GDPR Compliance
- AWS Cognito SSO enabled secure login for corporate clients like L’Oréal, Deloitte, and Veolia.
