Hi, I’m Aurele.
I started my journey in the digital industry in 2008 and developed a deep passion for Product Management.
I see Product as the intersection of ecosystem research (users, stakeholders, regulations), creativity (UI design, branding, marketing), and technical ingenuity—the engineering mindset that turns vision into reality.
At its core, Product is also about collaboration—aligning teams, empowering engineers, and turning UX insights into seamless, user-centric experiences. Great products are never built in isolation: they emerge from the synergy of diverse talents working toward a shared vision.

IronHack – AI Engineering bootcamp (400h)

Built and deployed real-world AI applications using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, with hands-on experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

Mastered the end-to-end AI pipeline: from data collection and preprocessing to model training, API deployment (REST, JSON), and infrastructure setup (Docker, cloud services).

Developed and delivered projects in conversational AI, chatbot development, and open-source LLMs, while addressing ethics, bias, and responsible AI use.
- Currently still working on the final project I presented as a pet project for my family: it is an agent using RAG and OCR, built using LanGraph and relying on Gemini and ChatGPT.

Digeiz – Lead Product Manager
- Managed the product roadmap and coordinated complex cross-functional projects in a rapidly evolving environment. Member of the Digeiz steering committee.
- Successfully created a web app to feed the AI with real-world parameters (map drawing and advanced camera management) to enable the large-scale deployment of Digeiz AI. This app shortened the study/set-up stage from several weeks to a few days.
- Conducted UX research and designed the full app UI in Figma (+20 page templates) & wrote app specs, led the Front-end team in SCRUM, and oversaw GDPR compliance across all product processes.

Talentis – Lead Product Manager
Managed the product Click & Coach, an online coaching platform for managers and executives aimed at large corporations (Deloitte, Veolia, LVMH…)
SCRUM management of all projects (with budgets ranging from €150k to €300k per year) related to the development of 3 versions (2017: V1 POC, 2019: Architecture and UX redesign, 2021: Major UI redesign).
- Led discovery (UX research following design thinking methodology), oversaw UI design of all the versions.
- Managed the product roadmap and delivered business-critical applications and features within resource constraints.
- Wrote all product specs and managed technical team (up to 13 collaborators – from SysOps to QA engineers).
- Successfully implemented customer service processes using Jira and set up BI tools for platform KPI analysis.

Le Grand Bestiaire – President of the Association
« Le Grand Bestiaire » was a cultural association based in Paris. Its aim was to edit a culture focused participative online media and to organize cultural events such as concerts, art exhibitions, stand-ups and other live events.

- 15 events in Paris with a record attendance of +200 guests

ECHO Citoyen – Co-founder / Digital Manager
ECHO was an « Action Tank »: a new kind of organization at the intersection of a think tank, a participatory lobbying firm, and an online democracy.
The organization aimed for the development of an « echo-process » facilitating discussion between citizens, politicians, and acknowledged experts through a digital SaaS.

Worked on high-traffic digital media platforms, ArtDeSéduire.com (1M+ unique visitors/month) and SéduireUnHomme.fr (~300K visitors/month), supporting product innovation in online coaching and content marketing.
- Assisted in the evolution of digital products, contributing to website updates and feature improvements.
- Managed SEO optimization, content updates, and email marketing to drive traffic and engagement.
- Helped set up lead generation and sales funnels, supporting the monetization of coaching programs.
